In section 4 of the “Add new title” page, you can upload a cover that you or someone else has made, or you can launch Cover Creator, Amazon’s free ebook cover tool. This page here on Osmosio walks you through how to use Cover Creator.

Note that Cover Creator is still in its beta stage and may not be available to all authors. And because it is still in beta, I expect that its settings, options, and interface are still subject to change, so what you see when you launch Cover Creator may be different from what you see in the video below. Drop me a line if that is indeed the case.
